"Disappointed unfortunately. Blood stain on mattress protector and although the bedroom was large, the furniture was shabby and in need of replacement. The spa area was tired. "The room was clean, with a few small rubbish from previous guest. The room itself is quite dated, but that is the nature of the building. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and cheerful. "A lovely well positioned hotel in a beautiful town, staff were friendly and helpful and we would love to stay again in the future. Food was excellent and breakfast good quality though could have been hotter. Only negative for us was the mattress we thought was very worn."
