"This is a Motel! It is not a Hotel! It was labeled as Hotel. It was old and poorly maintained. The employee was polite, but the facility is falling apart."
"This is an old property that could use an indoor refresh. The bathrooms are small and the entire decor is very dated. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. It’s not a breakfast buffet, so be prepared to sit down and order. "
"A great value for what we got! The staff was extremely friendly and even accommodated a special request we had. Room was very spacious and easily fit my family of four. I will say if you don’t like hard pillows, make sure to bring your own. Fortunately, it didn’t bother me, and I slept fine."
"Dirty, noisy and understaffed. Although the sheets were clean the floor was dirty in the hallway and in the room and there was a very prominent skid mark on the easy chair. Thankfully the sheets were clean and the heater was quiet. But people were taking and coming and going most of the night. Amazing this place cost so much for that kind of experience. "
"First time in a Super 8, might be the last.
Staff members are friendly and helpful.
The bathroom in my room was covered in mold floor to ceiling.
Room overall was clean, bed was decent."
"Second time staying here, big room clean bed comfortable. All staff friendly
Even probs newbie at Breakfast area…. She had someone assisting so looked like being trained
Food delish , stocked well
Only thing that should be “softly” adressed is attire- should not be so “wrinkled… outa bed look”. She is handling customers food so should represent.
Thumbs up to hiring individuals with disabilities!
Just post or acknowledge so customers know they are “deaf” in my case vs being rude
My experience was absolutely fine, but I saw she was signig"
"This hotel is being renovated as of my stay. I had a nice time. Some of the furniture is a little rough, and I am sure will be replaced. Nothing that would cause me not to stay again. Breakfast was great. Staff was super courteous. I love the location. Very close to Pt. Pleasant and the silver bridge. Fast food and pizza are both close by as well. "
"Staff is as good as can possibly be. Super quick, helpful and very nice.
Sheetz right next door for all your fuel, coffee and snack needs. I’d go out of the way to stay here again. Plenty of parking if you have a trailer too. "
