The staff were exceptional throughout my visit—always friendly, approachable, and more than happy to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. Their attentiveness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. One of the highlights was the all-you-can-eat breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, all fresh and well-prepared, catering to different tastes. It was a perfect way to start the day and definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return."

"Paid for a standard double room but got a compact room. Window wouldn’t open so room was too warm. Paid for late checkout however this was not acknowledged so we were locked out of room. "

We decided to have our evening meal there as well. We both really enjoyed the food which was cooked perfectly and the prices were very much cheaper than we pay in Essex."
