"Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bett und Matratze (angenehme Härte) waren in Ordnung. Sehr schön, das Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive waren, obwohl in der Beschreibung etwas anderes stand. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Ein zweiter Stuhl und ein zweiter Nachtisch (war auch sehr wackelig) wäre gut gewesen, ist ja schließlich ein Doppelzimmer. Fernseher schlecht platziert. Bad ausreichend, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Können wir gerne weiter empfehlen. Das Hotel ist etwas verwinkelt...

Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. "We loved the hotel - very modern with amazing artwork throughout the facility. The sauna was absolutely top-notch and included easy access to bathrobes and drinking water for a special touch. We ate in the biergarten twice and really enjoyed the food. The salads were excellent, and our son loved the bratwurst and schnitzel platters. Parking was easy right on site for 10 Euros a day, and the front desk provided us with a parking permit to use throughout our stay."

"Vi brugte hotellet som transport hotel på vej til Østrig. Det ligger tæt på motorvejen, og har restaurant - begge dele godt. Ulempe var at der ikke var aircondition på værelset, og man med åbent vindue kunne høre nærliggende lastbils parkering. Maden OK, men betjeningen lidt langsom selvom venlig."
