"Upon check in my room was not clean, dirty washcloths hanging on shower rack. The rug was gross and looked like it was not vacuumed in weeks. On my first return room was not serviced at all No clean towels, no bed made . Front desk was no help. The next morning informed rooms are serviced every three days. It’s not posted anywhere .. was not told upon check in , not posted in room. Staff also not helpful ."

"The hotel was unique, pretty, and well kept. I enjoyed my stay. I thought the furnishings, though nice, new, and appropriate for the setting, were a bit odd, and that the space was laid out in a strange way, especially with a bathtub placed outside the bathroom. If my husband had been with me, I wouldn’t have enjoyed climbing out of the platform bed right next to the wall; as it was, since I was by myself it was pleasant and comfortable. I was also surprised by a $250 damage allowance required on my card after I made my reservation. I’m not used to that at a hotel. There was a lot of noise/loud music from the bar downstairs, but it didn’t bother me because it stopped right around 10pm. I didn’t know before going that there was no on-site parking, but free street parking was available close by. The “virtual front desk” attendant replied to my texts. In all, the environment was nice, and the experience was ok—felt like using Air BnB versus a hotel."

"The only problem I had was the fact that I booked my reservation with Hotels.com. Apparently it causes a problem with their bookkeeping system and it took considerable time at checkin for the clerk to figure out how to handle "incidental charges". I prepaid my room charges thru Hotels.com so they did not have my credit card on file. I gave them my credit card to handle any incidental charges. Twice during my short stay I purchased a soda from the little store area in the lobby. I offered to pay cash, but the clerk said it would be easier to charge it to the room. On check out, the clerk on duty did not know how to handle the charge for the two sodas which I believe was about $6. I was in a hurry and had to leave and trusted they would figure it out and charge it to my card. As of this date I have not seen a charge on my card for the two sodas. Not a big deal but you would think they would know how to handle these types of things and it was just a minor annoyance."

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"Valet staff was professional. Check in was smooth. I don’t recommend a room near the elevator as it’s open to the lobby and gathering area and can be noisy at times. Walkable to restaurants"

"We were able to get coffee right after checking into the hotel. This was a plus for my husband. Shortly after checking in, someone attempted to walk into our room. They apologized but it shouldn't have happened. We noticed that the light as you step into the room was not working. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We will probably stay again."

"Not even really sure if I should said anything, mainly for the reason of I was flabbergasted. When I booked the room, it was only for one night for a concert. $100, good deal for what I thought I was getting. When we arrived, whole place was under construction, lobby had wires hanging, couldn’t even get into our room without the lady having to open it for us. It would’ve been a nice heads up when I booked it, I thought I was at the wrong location because of how insane the lobby looked. The room itself was clean and nice, but the toilet was overflowing from the tank itself, not even the bowl. And the a/c didn't have a dial with wires exposed, so that was inconvenient. I dont think it was appropriate to be operating under the circumstances that we saw upon arriving. Whatever grey area they were working under, should probably be reviewed, I wouldn’t have even paid $100 for what we got, $40 maybe. Not even to mention, pretty sure we were the only ones who were staying with maybe one other person and the front desk staff. Little concerning not gonna lie. "
