Excellent hosts and a well run B&B. Faultless !

This was our first stop after arriving in Auckland. The owners/hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Our room and the breakfast provided were excellent. Good WiFi too.

Quiet location and close to town

BayStay B&B is a wonderful place to stay. The location is quiet and serene. The rooms are spacious and the breakfasts are delicious. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the river and a comfortable common area for relaxing with a cup of tea and a book. It is very easy to get into town from BayStay, and it is a short walk to Haruru Falls. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this B& B.

Incredible place to stay.

I'm sorry our stay was not longer. Our hosts were marvellous and and the place was very clean. Thank you Baystay we will definately recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Best stay ever!

Me and my friend spend three nights at baystay and everything was great! We were served an amazing breakfast, stayed in a beautiful well cleaned room and the whole house was very modern. The hosts helped us book boat and bus trips and gave us many good tips on what to do in the area and where to go next. I'm looking forward to come back next time I visit bay of islands!

Excellent B&B

Wonderful B&B just minutes from the hustle & bustle of Paihai. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. They provided valuable tourist tips for the area and loaned us some maps and guidebooks. Very quiet location. Breakfast was very good. Great place to stay a few nights on our round the country holiday.

hartelijk, hulpvaardig en 'bijna thuis' gevoel

Geweldig verblijf en vriendelijke ontvangst. Uiterst hulpvaardig. Een B&B waar je wel een auto nodig hebt als je de rust in wilt ruilen voor een beetje meer stedelijkheid. Zalig plek om van de rust de genieten en toch alles dichtbij voor uitstapjes (boottrips, wandelingen, bezoek aan Russel)

A quiet, relaxing location

This small B&B is a great alternative to a hotel in the Paihia area. The living area was spacious, with a lovely deck and outdoor sauna tub. A short drive to the beach and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Breakfast was wholesome with fresh eggs from the chickens on site! The hosts are very gracious and an interesting couple. This is quite a drive from Auckland, but worth it if you spend at least a few days in the area.
