"Great service from the staff and room (432) was the nicest i have stayed in over 21 years visiting Japan. This is a traditional style Japanese Hotel so no shoes but well worth the stay. Highly recommended and a must over ight stay if visiting Miyajima !"

"The hallways are hot, no A/C - also, if you try to use an elevator during the time the cleaning staff is cleaning rooms, it can take over 15 minutes. No easy load/unload area from any vehicle.
