Best in Location

Returning Customer after a few years... Hotel Room still looks good. Nice and Cosy with great Air-Con too. Location is the main reason for choosing this Hotel which is located at the Heart of Hatyai City. You cannot miss the Bird Nest's Shop, Lots of Massage Palours, Great food in the night along the road after 6pm, Some Shopping to be done after 9pm when Odean Shopping Mall and Central Mall closed. Small push cart stalls are a few for your viewing pleasure. Overall, its a nice experience again after re-visiting this Hotel.

The room was not clean and aircond had noisy sound. Overall it's acceptable as the hotel is located beside Lee Garden and convenient for shopper.

非常不满意

入住第一天，床上有2只小蟑螂吓了一跳，第二天早上起来桌上也有1只小蟑螂，感觉酒店有点不卫生，因为入住4天，第二天加了一张床，满意，水也给了一支。加床一晚300B. 2晚600B. 第三天打扫房间，竟然没有给卫生纸 和少给一瓶水，超不满意的就是退房时，还要我们另外给多我一瓶水的钱。最后他们调查清楚了，原来少给我们一瓶，所以不是我们多喝一瓶，也没有道歉。我还问他为什么我们少喝一瓶你没有扣钱出来，为什么我们没有喝要我们付款，他说弄错了。

Bad - old building need renovation:( carpet; wall; door torn and dirty. Good - from Airport take minibus shuttle service to hotel Bht 60 per person. Taxi fixed fare of Bht250 and Limo service is Bht300 Hotel surrounding with night market; Odeon & Cetral Mall; plenty eating place; money change and tour agent. easy to hire van for tour.

Worst Hotel in HatYai with no service.

This is my most horrible stay in HatYai. Totally no customer service at the check in counter. You are at their mercy to serve you. Room were bady runs down with cracky beds. Believe their location were their premier which why they are so snobby.

Will not stay again in the future

The only good about is the location. The hotel is old and dirty. The mattress is not completely dry, can feel the moisture. The room humidity is too high. The wall pain came off. Cockroaches found in cupboard and toilet. The hotel is in very bad condition. The staff is not friendly. To access wifi, i need to try 5-6 password only able to access. Will not stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Hatyai.

Huone on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt samoin käytävätilat. Vastaanotto antaa aivan toisenlaisen kuvan hotellin tasosta. Sisäänkirjautuessa ottivat passin ja olisivat palauttaneet lähtöpäivänä mutta vaadin että ottavat kopion ja antavat passin takaisin heti. 500 thb takuumaksu vaaditaan jonka saa takaisin lähtiessä
