"Inför ett spontanbesök i Hat Yai letade vi upp ett hotell som inte skulle kosta alltför mycket men ändå inte vara helt budgetmässigt. Valet blev Neo Hatyai Hotel som vi tyckte såg bra ut på bilderna men dessa visar sig återigen inte visa upp verkligheten... Rummet såg vid första anblick bra ut men vid en närmare studering så är dörrarna i badrummet vattenskadade utöver att de gnisslar när de öppnas vilket stör nattsömnen för övriga i familjen. Mörkläggande gardiner är bara mörka gardiner och...

I also wish the next hotel coming near Kim young market Base from the staff say they have 1 more new hotel much more bigger is on the way hopefully the hotel and service , room must be the same service from icon hotel i wish to come back to Hatyai and suer will stay at icon hotel again. "The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE....

"Although they don’t cater for meals & there is little to do within walking distance the swimming pool is excellent ( especially for children ) and the staff are very caring & helpful "

"The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."
