"Room was extremely clean especially for being a pet friendly room where I had my dog with me. No smell whatsoever. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great pillows and mattress. They even use fabric softener on the towels which is a nice touch most hotels skip. "

"The hotel had nice renovated rooms. We liked our room which had a couch & table and was spacious. The breakfast was just ok. The ice machine was broken and we had to buy ice. The hotel was quiet and location was good."

"The hotel is located off the main street, and as you enter the parking lot, there are quite a few signs stating “park at your own risk,” with mentions of theft. Check-in went smoothly, the gentleman who assisted me was nice and professional. However, when I asked about the theft warnings, he explained that the signs were more about the possibility of cars being hit rather than stolen, which felt a bit unclear. The lobby had a very unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, that same odor carried into our room. The sheets were worn, and the bathroom clearly needed sweeping and a deep clean. I chose this hotel based on the photos online, but unfortunately, photos can’t capture smells and that made a big difference in our experience."

"This one night stay was one of the best we have had in a long time. We got in late and got hot soup and tea, snacks on our door, a fabulous breakfast but the best part was that every staff member we encountered was so nice. Great job MC Hotel and Suites!!!"

"It is an older hotel and there is some wear but overall nice stay. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. Although close to the railway, it was quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful."
