"The hotel is lovely. The food is delicious. The pool area is amazing. I tried out the spa and it was so good. But what I loved the most was the client service. The employees went above and beyond. Highly recommend!"

"There was no stay. The place was closed, and there was no warning. Because the cabins are isolated, my wife and I had to walk in the dark to the next village hauling our luggage through the sand, and find another place to stay. It took a lot of effort to get a human being at Hotels.com All support ..."
