The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was one of the electrical receptacles did not have a cover on it. Luckily, I did not travel with a toddler. The breakfast was very good, but waiting 30 minutes for two orders of pancakes was unreasonable. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Don't be fooled

We would not book this location again. The pricing does not match the dated and damaged interior rooms, dingy bedding/duvets. Did not feel at all like a Hilton property. Positive note - check in was friendly and fast.

Decent stay. Pros and cons.

Stayed one night on a moving road trip. Pros: Easy access to the freeway. Nice lobby, business, gym, and breakfast/dinner/bar area. Pet friendly w green areas. Cons: beds were okay- one bed sagged into the middle. Room and halls had older carpet and bathroom walls and other areas a little run down. No parking for trailer (had to take up 4 spots which we felt bad about. They had off street parking but worry about theft). Overall a GOOD quick trip stay. Just a little pricey for what it is. Paid $175. $125 would have been fair. Thanks!

Not up to Hilton Standards

The employees at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The room; however, is a different story. The first room we were given was already inhabited by a huge cockroach on the wall. To say the least we changed rooms. The air conditioning in the second room did not work. The third room was decent, although definitely not up to par for a Hilton property. It was clean but needed updating and overall maintenance. To say the least we will not be staying at this property again.

The hotel was under construction which was understandable, however, the pool was closed, we had 3 children with us for a 2 night stay to be able to see my husband graduate as a sergeant from the army, and we really only chose this hotel bc it had a pool, which was pricier than what we normally would have chosen. We were not told that the pool was closed, due to construction, which was not even being done on the pool, until we got there. If we had known the pool was closed, we would have stayed somewhere else that was a bit less expensive! I am not happy about that. Otherwise, the hotel staff was very nice and it was clean and nice in the room and lobby!

I stayed here twice, one week apart, in the middle of March 2025. I primarily chose this hotel due to it having a pool and hottub. First, the good: The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, and I slept well. Now, the bad: Both times I was there, the beverage cooler in their mini-store in the lobby was not working. They had NO cold drinks. The bar / restaurant was never opened while I was there, except for the breakfast bar in the morning. The second time I was there, a week later, they had turned the heat off on the hottub because some Karen had complained it was "too hot". The hottub was as cold as the pool. They didn't turn it down a little...no, they turned it OFF. And when I complained, was told there was nothing they could do. Heat is the entire point of a hottub. Also, the hallways were not cleaned well, as I constantly saw tiny bits of trash that could have been vacuumed up, but never were. I stayed on both the 2nd and 3rd floor, and both were the same. I was not impressed. I will choose elsewhere next time I am staying in town.
