"The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression.
The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices.

"Everything was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was amazing! Delicious food and wonderful staff as well, and the atmosphere in there was so nice. We enjoyed the stream rooms and saunas one night. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the town of Mutters, with Innsbruk in the background and the stunning mountains surrounded everything like a postcard. "Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very cute and our balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains. The location was great and close to everything.
The breakfast was delicious and in addition to the buffet options, they include table side service with made to order dishes as well. Definitely recommend. "

"Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean.
Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk.
The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by.
