"We stayed at the Maritim Hotel for one night and I'm thankful it was only one night. A terrible night's sleep. Booming bass until 1130 at night. The room had no A/C so it was very hot, opened the door to let air in only to get cigarette fumes and people shouting. Finally fell asleep only to be woken by more shouting outside.

"We thought we were booking a large room. It was actually the most expensive room we saw. What we got was the most uncomfortable room I’ve ever stayed in. There were beams and metal poles from the ceiling to the floor in the whole room. At least 10 of them. It was so difficult to move around without bumping into one of them. They literally covered one side of the bed. So weird. The check in was great.
