"Beautiful expansive property with the most welcoming and helpful staff. Taj never disappoints."

"liked the location of the hotel close to Jetty and good accessibility for the transport"

"we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew. Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star...

I asked for a hair dryer, which was bought over immediately but again it was so old, it...

"5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. "

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the...

"Location, staff, properties"

"When we reached the hotel they moved us to a different hotel. They said that we do not have enough rooms here and they told us to go to Orient resort which was around 1 km away from there. It was very frustrating because e had so much luggage and we had to move from one place to another. Even though I did the booking months in advance!"
