"Hotel was in a great location with shopping and multiple restaurants within walking distance. We had no problems parking or checking in. We had a suite on the second floor and room was full great. We enjoyed the extra space of the separate sitting area and bed was comfortable."

Our room, the Major Pierce, was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. I think our favorite thing was the amazing breakfast…the person who cooked and attended to us was so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious. "The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room.
