"When we arrived after 10:00 pm we were unable to check into our room. There was a homemade sign stating that the desk clerk was away and would not return for over an hour! Fortunately the staff that was on duty-although equally nonplussed, were eventually able to get us into our rooms after about forty minutes. Really never had that happen before. Hope everything worked out for the desk clerk and whatever called them away was straightened out. The security officer, Cory, was great and really helpful. Breakfast the next morning was fine and the hotel was okay in other respects."

"The phone in the room rang twice throughout the night before I just left it off the hook. Hair was in the shower. The indoor pool area was freezing and the painted floor was chipping and got all over you. Not to anyone’s fault but the fire alarm did also go off at 6:30am so that was three times I was woken up while staying in this hotel. "
