"The room was not clean when we checked in. There was unknown fluid on the table. Sink in the restroom was not cleaned either. There has been no A/C for two days. And there was no resolution from the staff. We have to sleep when the room was >80F. Overall, the experience was terrible"

"Good value budget hotel right on the bay in Hilo. The property is quite old, showing wear but room was clean, comfortable with fresh towels, shampoo etc, all the basics you need.
