"This place was so awful! The whole site was like a ghost town! We were the only guests staying on the whole site, it was so eerie. Several of the pods were ripped and falling apart. Staff were not helpful, missing out telling us key information at check-in. Our pod was dirty, stains everywhere. The curtains were broken so we could not shut them properly at night meaning we did not have privacy. I had to tie the curtains together with my own hair accessories. In the middle of the night we had an issue and called the helpline only to find that all staff had left the site so we were completely by ourselves in the middle of the forest. The worst accommodation experience of my life."
