"Great location in Okayama, right near the station and across from a great area for bars and restaurants. Was tricky to find initially from the station, but once you know the route its easy to go back and forth. Staff were very friendly and polite helping with holding bags before check in, amenities and changing money for the laundry. Room was typical Japan size so not much space to move around, but was only used for sleeping and resting as so much to explore in the city. Laundry was easy to use and there's an app on the TV that shows if the wash cycle is finished so you dont need to remember the timing yourself which is useful. "

"There is a check in at the port, it is confusing to find the check in desk. We had nice help at the desk generally but the person there does not always speak English and will call someone to help. We reserved breakfast and were very disappointed, the sausage cold, the hash brown potato cold and undercooked, the yogurt was a very small amount. Our room was lovely and clean , the bed too soft though. We were not in the main lodge so if we had questions we had to walk from our building, there is no phone or reception other than at the restaurant. We had our luggage delivered from another hotel but not to our room. The expectation was we were to take our luggage in the rain , down a hill walking. After a discussion it was delivered but this was poor service in my opinion. We had a harbor terrace room , so disappointing to be told not to space on the terrace after 8:00 pm due to children next door, this hampered our enjoyment of using the terrace."

"Relatively close to the train station and across from the Aion Mall-location was convenient. Hotel was very clean with several in room amenities other hotels don’t offer. Sento - public bath was also clean and relaxing. Rooms are quite compact and not a lot of room to pack and unpack."

"There is no free parking. If you go by car, the parking is 1,000 yen paid in cash, in advance. That would have been good to know. The hotel is under some construction now, so it was a little messy."
