"We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights, and I am so sorry to say, I had to fight every day for towels, housekeeping (our room was only cleaned 5 times during our stay). We are an elderly couple and booked a Handicapped room. The shower seat threw water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel could not fix this, so we asked for 2 extra bath towels in order to absorb the water so as not to slip. Between begging for towels and house keeping -we were totally frustrated and exhausted. The Front desk was very apologetic but never fixed anything. Towards the end of our stay I shopped for toilet tissue,kleenex,mouthwash and soap. We received nothing from the Hotel in spite of asking numerous times. The only7 housekeeping we received was -emptying our trash bins and resetting our thermostat to 62 degrees - We would come back in the evening to a freezing room (unmade). We must ask the question why? Was this Elder abuse? Handicapped bias? How sad that a Hotel of this caliber behaved in this manner. "

"The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and the temperature control worked very well. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were comfortable. However, the glass shower doors did not prevent water from leaking, and the toilet continued to leak after flushing. Otherwise, the location is great and the hotel is generally good."
