"Thought the whole room (except bathroom) was going to be open concept. The bed is in a room by itself. So the photos are a bit misleading. No big deal. We did bonfire night on the beach which was relaxing. We also did room service for breakfast. Breakfast was awful - not hot and very bland. There are a lot better options for breakfast in DT CB. House keeping was great however it would’ve been nice if they changed the bedsheets daily as well. Sleeping with sand is not fun even after washing ourselves it still somehow gets everywhere. Sounds like I’m complaining a lot but these are just small complaints because overall we had a great time (with our puppers) and would rebook."

"We love staying at Hallmark. The tub pressure was awful and there was water damage above our shower . There was someone above us screaming for an hour or so til someone stopped her. Creepy. "When booking I didn’t realize that breakfast was off-property. About one mile drive to a sister property. Staff was excellent and the cookies at check-in were yummy. Bit of a walk to main part of town but very close to Haystack beach access. The unit was a studio with kitchen, nice for 2 people, but the bedroom is separate."
