"After have having some not excellent experiences in other hotels, I have to say that the staff was more than helpful(Jasmine and kardeezh ( I apologize for spelling) were very patient and helpful. The new upgrades and cleanliness were notable!"

"From outside it looks like a hotel with charm and history but inside is not so charming. No hot water, no parking during festival, room not clean and not cleaned, smelly carpets, very run down hotel. Only good thing is they had a full sweep of DirecTV channels and I was able to watch the G1 Grand Prix - also convenient for Sugar Festival"

"Staff was very nice, property was nice. Clean and quiet. The only issue I had was having to pay $10 for a wristband ($15 if you’re not staying on their property) for the Tiki Hut starting at 6pm. It was only me and I only wanted to get something to eat once getting back to my room. Tammy was most helpful with that bc the place was PACKED OUT with more party-minded people and not hungry and tired folks such as myself. I REALLY enjoyed my stay there, tho, and will def stay there again! I’ll just know to grab food elsewhere since I’m past the party era of my life.. lol"
