The location was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back. "

"Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!"

"Wonderfully warm welcome by the staff, who took excellent care of us throughout the visit. Convenient central location despite slightly inconvenient access up a steep hillside — but the beautiful view made it worthwhile. Everything about the hotel was calming and serene.
