"This hotel was really dirty. The lobby looked nice and we were greeted by nice staff, but when we got to our room it felt anything but like home. There was hair on the bed and pillows, including inside the sheets. There was rice caked onto the chair, the bed cover with the logo looked really ratty and had something also caked onto it. There were crumbs everywhere and the grout in the bathroom looked atrocious. We were disgusted and went back to the front desk to see if they could reclean— unfortunately, the housekeeping had gone home, so we were given a new room and didn’t know if it would be worse or better. When we got to the new room, it was thankfully slightly better and not worse— there were still some crumbs and hairs but not as many, and one of the sinks in the bathroom did not work. It was plugged and after unplugging it, water started dripping out the bottom onto my wife’s feet. We then only used the other working sink. Overall we survived our stay but would never go back."
