"Had bugs all over the floors and walls dirty rooms "

"Room was dirty. There was shredded cheese on the counter and floor. Linens were old. We went to TJ Max and bought sheets/pillows and blanket. It's an old Motel 6 type motel that's been painted and the paint didn't even match and they didn't even patch the old nail holes."

"The shower head leaked extremely bad and sprayed all over the floor. The breakfast was very limited and left alot to be desired. Its a smoke free building and our room smelled like a poker game from cigarette smoke and staff just sprayed air freshener. There were baseball tournaments in town, so we had teenage boys running up and down the halls unsupervised until late. Overall the hotel looks nice, but its a budget version of a regular nice hotel."

"No soap in the shower. Ceiling paint was flaking, toilet seat was in poor condition, floor was damp from humidity, front door was missing weather stripping. No breakfast was a deal breaker!! All metal in the room had rust. Pluses would be a good tv and refrigerator. Refrigerator did have 2 bottles of pop in it. One had been open. This place is being used for long term rentals. They did not know we were coming until they refreshed their computer. One of the outlets did not have a plate."

"This historic property is extremely well-maintained and very comfortable even for an extended stay. It is really the centerpiece of Anniston. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant after a bumpy check-in experience. Breakfast was generous if a little uneven. There are a few indications on Expedia that are not quite accurate anymore, but that doesn't take away from a generally very positive stay."

"I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the cleanliness throughout the property. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but the fresh coffee was excellent."

"I didn't like the fact that the first floor door rattled when anyone came out of their room. I had to put a rolled towel under the door and prop a chair against it to keep it from rattling. I didn't get to sleep until after 10:30PM"

"The room was not clean, I was moved to another room, however, it was not clean either. The tub, the carpet, bathroom floor, carpet, cushion on window bench was heavily stained. The desk chair was peeling and looked like it had been chewed on. Not recommended"

"Only complaint was that the only way for the Shower to have hot water you have to let the Sink water run for 10 min"

"Extremely strong fragrant smell is pumped into the room and does not turn off. It is awful as it causes headaches. Also the breakfast is a disgrace - two kinds of cereal and a pancake maker. We had to ask twice for yogurt as the fridge was completely empty. It was very evident they were not happy to supply this as they eventually did bring some. We were three different families who hadn't seen each other in over a year. At breakfast we stayed approx 15 minutes past the 9:00 am breakfast...
