"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
"The town location wasn’t my favorite personally but this hotel was a cool spot to stay at. It’s attached to a dive bar with a pool table on ground level which was nice and rooms were clean and staff was really nice. Just not a fan of the location of the place itself mainly. "

"I was travelin with my parents to visit family in Ulm. We stayed in Singen prior to our return flight from ZRH. We LOVED our short stay at the MIA. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable and the amenities were equally good. And we loved our interactions with the staff.
