Quick trip

The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great.

Good location for old town.

Nice clean nd modern hotel. Room had no view but that's okay. Within walking distance of shopping street and old town which is convenient. Car park is also bigger than many European garages.

Hilton Heidelberg is a great, modern hotel, very close to main attractions, surrounded by many cafes&restaurant options. It has a lovely bar and restaurant as well. The staff is very reactive. We especially want to thank Mr. Ilyas, who made our days in Heidelberg even better. He is a smiling, helpful, problem solver, wonderful staff member. So a big "thank you"!
