"I was upgraded to one if the newly refurbished suites. The room was spotlessly clean, stylish and fresh, comfortable and spacious, with nice little extra finishing. I would definitely recommend the suite (budget permitting, as the quality of the room is reflected in price) for those spending a lot ..."

"Bath was brown (from stains, should have been white) - there is no way I'd want to be in that. Endless fire & safety violations - fire doors held open, poor signage, cables across areas people were walking. Staff were rude and dismissive when we arrived. Food was bland"

"My stay was really nice. The staff were really helpful & friendly. We had an evening meal and it was excellent. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again."
