"Room was not very clean, no extra towels or blankets for 3rd person (sofa bed) in the room despite being booked that way, locked out of room on second day, drag racing on the street through the night. Temp too warm and had to turn on the AC in April."

"Check In was the worst I have ever had. I had to give her all my information that is normally on file when I book on line. She asked if I would be okay with a Accessible Room? I said no ,she put us in one anyway so I had to call and get her to give us another room. She then had us take everything out of that room then go get another key for the new room Only to find out it was right across from the room we had. Very frustrating."
