"Lovely hotel,staff were wonderful but you can not access any of the facilities without paying £20 for 2 hours. This was very disappointing as I booked the hotel for the facilities and wasn’t expecting the extra cost which apparently you have to read the small print in the t&cs to find out even though ..."

"The room was so nice, comfortable beds. The gym & pool were fairly small but still pleasant. The staff were very kind, in particular on reception arrival and for our evening meal. Lovely breakfast selection. Overall, really lovely experience for my teenage son and I."
