HELSINKI STAY

The room was very small. No one on site to ask for clean towels etc. Plus they text you when your room is ready very late 3 to 4pm. Very difficult to get to talk with someone. Good location near metro and grocery store but 15mins from city center. Safe neighborhood.

Metro & buses 200m walk. 24 hr supermarket 100 m away. Rooms, small but all you need & clean. Access via pin number's, all very straightforward.

Overall property was nice, hotel room was spacious and enough for a week stay. However, the pillows had a distinct smell to them of body odor and when receiving more towels/pillows those had a odor. The fridge was also leaving off a bad scent where I couldn’t even open it. Nothing was even in the fridge and smelled as such upon arrival. Other than that the location was close, the atmosphere was nice, the room and bathroom were cleanly. Check in is super simple without a hassle. Overall it was a good experience 3.5/5

I liked the gentrified quarter. Besides being located next to the autobahn, Forenom is situated next to some new apt., a 24-hour S-Market and an apteeki and breakfast Cafe Picnic. A new Prisma Mall and Lidl is on the other side of the Main road on the short way to Metro Station, as well a K-Market ... The Metro Lines 1 and 2 Go to the Main Station in under 20 Minutes, crossing the Waters of Kulosaari and kalasatama! My apt. seemed renovated, calm and very Clean, besides an hard to close Window ... Loved the Floor heating in the bathroom! Clean, modern Big Communal kitchen and Sauna in the basement. Unfortunately only short Sauna Window for men and women, 2 hours in the afternoon/evening. On top great price for a small apt. with amenities such as micromave and fridge. Recommendable!

An okay appartment hotel, only complaint would be that i had to climb above the entrance door to get to the fuse box in order to up the temperature in the bathroom Forenom was however alright to get in touch with on order to fix the problem.

Really good and convenient option

Straight-forward, no-frills property, self-check-in, timely and precise information on how to unlock doors. The room itself is a mini studio, with microwave, boiler, coffee maker. There's a nice lounge and kitchen downstairs and even a sauna is available depending on the day of the week. Communication with the property when necessary is also quite efficient. Property is close to the metro, with easy access to the city center.

Contactless, Self Service Hotel.

An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless but l don't know how yet. The ApartHotel had everything. I would 100% recommend it.
