"We did not read reviews before booking a room. Big mistake! The room was very clean and large but that's about the best thing about it. There were only 2 towels in the room on arrival and there were 4 of us (all adults). I called the desk to request more towels. I was told that they only put two towels in rooms but she would get us two more; however, they had no clean towels at the time. We did eventually receive them, though we did not receive hand towels. There was no soap in the bathroom, typically a staple of hotels. We were able to get some when we called. Each bed had two small pillows. The beds were not comfortable. For being a relatively new hotel, there were not many charging usb outlets. The hotel ad says that it offers free wifi. It does; however, only two guests can use the wifi at a time, and you can't take turns using the wifi so that each person can use it. Once you log out, you cannot log back in. You can have more use the wifi for $2/day per person. We heard later that it is extended stay and most who stay there are people needing a room for a job or for people out of rehab. We did not know that at the time. If a person was needing to stay for a while with only 1 or 2 in the room, it might not be too bad. It has a kitchen but not one kitchen pot or utensil or anything though. Also, my daughter went to the lobby for coffee the next morning and the registration office wasn't even opened yet. I guess there is no one there 24 hr/day."
