"I made a reservation for 6. According to their website, their double queen suites slept 6 with the sofa bed. The front desk attendant checked me in and watched our family walk in and up to the room. We put bags down and immediately left for an event. We arrived back at almost midnight, exhausted and ready for bed. While the kids were getting settled and showered we pulled out the sofa bed to put sheets on it to find it was a twin size. When I went to the front desk to see what the issue was I was told they do not have a room to accommodate 6, they can only accommodate 5 at most. I even showed them a copy of my reservation and their website saying they sleep 6. I was told (after midnight, with 4 kids) that I could pay for a second room or leave. They only offered me a $20 discount. They were very rude. The floors were filthy. There was trash in the sleeper sofa. There was dirty tissues laying on the floor. We will not stay here again. It was a horrible experience and the staff was awful. Telling a customer the only option she has is to purchase another room or leave after midnight with young kids is unacceptable when it’s no fault of her own. I tried to make sure I had arrangements made to accommodate everyone and I was treated as if it was my fault for making the reservation. Their website is misleading and their staff is rude and unaccommodating. Their management was not helpful and also very rude. This was their mistake and they refused to do anything to fix it. Never again"

"The room was not clean. We did not take a shower because the shower enclosure and especially the door was not clean. On the window, half of it must have lost the vacuum in the pane. It's been like that for a long time because you could not see through it. Poor maintenance!!!. The worst was a trash can outside the at 9 pm. In the morning at 8 am, there was more on the ground. That was disgusting and no one did anything about this. This is the entrance for godsake, doesn't anyone look outside. There was trash on the hotel property that should be picked up."
