"Hotel was in the perfect location for the Mile Hugh Flea market. Room was clean, and the bedding especially smelled super clean and fresh, but our bathroom had some splatter all over the wall near the toilet that was pretty gross. The hotel is dog friendly, which we really appreciated, but the outdoor area for the dogs has so much dog poop everywhere that you can’t even walk through the grass. I know there’s irresponsible dog owners causing the problem, but maybe have someone come clean it like...

"When we checked in and got settled, we found that our bathroom light did not work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping should have known that light didn’t work. Also at check in we let the manager know that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to go too the airport. The shuttle never arrived. At 4:20 we had to get an Uber and the person at the desk got smart with us. You shouldn’t advertise you have shuttle service every half hour when you don’t. We almost lost our 6:00 AM flight because of the no show...

Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they...

"I made my reservation months in advance, specifically booking a room with two queen beds for a two-night stay. However, when I arrived, I was told my reservation was for a single king bed for three people. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds or sofa beds to accommodate for their mistake, and I was informed that three guests were not allowed in that room. After checking my confirmation email, it clearly stated that I had reserved two queen beds, which made the situation even more frustrating....

"Don’t stay here. My reservation stated a free shuttle to the airport which I later found on my credit card statement. They did the same to another person I was traveling with. "
