"Can’t fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room were good but the hotel is very dated and worn out. Parking was included which was handy and it is a short walk into the city centre so the location is convenient. "

"It was ok for what I needed. Close to hospital. Room is very basic. Tea & coffee area needs an upgrade. No proper cups, just 2 disposable ones. Will use it again just for the convenience. Bed was comfortable though."
