"On our 4 night stay, we had our room serviced once to save the planet. The room was not vacuumed (nor the hallway), the bathroom was not wiped down, but clean towels were left. Our first night could have been quite frustrating due to the TV not working. Luckily, my son was able to fix it, as the front desk had no ability to service it since we arrived at the hotel after 5pm. At all other interactions the front desk and kitchen staff were polite and accomodating as much as they could."
