"The airport shuttle to the hotel was what was a deciding factor in staying there. When we arrived after midnight the check in was fast, and easy. The room was large, clean and quiet. "

"They tried to update an old hotel, but, it’s still outdated. Nice clean bedding & towels. Had a very hard time calling for airport pickup shuttle. At night, bugs on floor in bathroom. Hispanic music & party below my room outdoors in parking lot. Do not recommend. Understaffed."

"The property was in the perfect location for an early morning flight out of Richmond. The shuttle runs to accommodate most flights, and the shuttle drivers at night (Todd?) and in the early morning (woman who organizes breakfasts) were super friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and well designed, and it was quiet."
