"We arrived and they didnt have a room for our reservation"

"If I were you I would stay away from this place!!! When we checked in they told us the pool was down. They said it was down for two days and it was on the website. One I reserved this hotel three weeks prior. Why would I go to the website? Two the bar was closed. Why would advertise you have a bar if you are not going to have it stocked. You missed out on a lot of money this weekend. We were there for a good time and great racing. At least the racing was good. MY room was nice but someone prior to me spilt something on the box spring and it was never cleaned up. It smelt horrible. The counter staff as we were checking in were not friendly at all we were trying to figure out all the charges on our cards and the were very short and not helpful at all. The breakfast staff was horrible to a group of kids as were eating and all kids do was ask for some more syrup. She snapped at them. I think you really need to do a surprise visit sometime and check on your property."

"We had a 3 nt stay. I got a king bed suite since I knew we'd be spending a bit more time in the room for this get-away. The room(s) were spacious, the refrig worked great. Housekeeping was a "request" which we did not do. There were only 3 towels in the BR, but we were managed. We did have to ask for an extra tp roll on our last night. The breakfast offerings were the standard fare. Staff was always friendly, parking was easy enough. ***In the high travel season, I can assume the parking lot would get full so not sure where extra parking would be. The location was great if you're going to all the historical sites!"

"Placed in room furthest from entrance after telling them spouse had difficulty walking. Very unhappy. "

"Breakfast was large with a good variety of items. Coffee was good quality. Rooms nice and spacious and clean. Parking was ample and very easy. Overall great stay!"

"Breakfast was not fresh. Very little to choose from. The parking was fine. Needed cleaned. The entrance smelled of cigarettes due to front desk clerk and other employees smoking right in front of it. "
