"It did not start well..People on reception were busy on their mobile phones...Not sure whether to give us free parking for the bike... However their colleagues more than made up for them.Prussia,Mary and sara all made the stay a lovely one. The room was a great size,good facilities and air conditioning. we had a really good night's sleep. The Hotel is in the centre and next to the bridge museum for war history buffs. Good value on and a fabulous breakfast"

"Very helpful staff, friendly- rooms were exceptional, tasteful, and extremely convenient to be near the Arnhem Station. Hotel has a restaurant, lounge, small snack bar, basic amenities, options for renting bicycles (an e-bikes) for the day for transportation. Very responsive and quick to help."

"The room itself is vlean, but the bathroom had a real smell of sewage. The drains would benefit from being flushed or more thoroughly bleached. The reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming for a first time visitor who is unfamiliar with protocols of checking in. The facilities seemed well appointed though, although more information would have been welcomed."
