"Great location, top staff and good vibe"

"The rooms were clean, the staff were okay, the breakfast was not the worst, but it did get very crowded on the weekend. The location was excellent if you're doing business in and around Georgetown. The price is also excellent, and I got great value for money. It is not a luxury property, so don't expect that. But it is very comfortable and a great value."

"The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"The lack of natural light was a deal breaker for me there was only one window in the bathroom and that was all the natural light you will get in the room , the toilet was an issue but other than that it was very clean breakfast was tasty but if you don’t get breakfast early (before 8-8:30) and it’s all gone (the local dishes ) you have to stick with continental dishes."

"The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us."
