"Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "

"Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!"
