"Do not stay here, there is construction work going on right next door, less than a meter away (see pictures). Sadly a very uncomfortable stay. Dusty, loud, banging and shouting from the builders. You cannot open a window due to the dust and debris falling. Should have been warned by this website. Building, drilling and banging starts at 7am! To make it worse, walls are thin and you can here the toilet flushing in the rooms both sides as well as televisions from next door. Could not sleep. Due...

"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

"The apartment was very clean, except the toilet, which looked like only the seat had been wiped and the rest not touched in a while, and the shower could use a little maintenance to make look cleaner. After the toilet we kind of lost confidence the whole bathroom was properly clean. The apartment setup is very professional, and well organised. "The staff were very polite and friendly. We were impressed with our room size and layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and the spa facilities were clean and working well. We enjoyed the selection at our evening meal. All in all, it was a perfect weekend getaway!"
