"The staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly - from the front desk people, cleaning crew, and kitchen workers to the maintenance person. This is the reason I am giving a good review rather than fair. Minor issues: door lock always stuck and the door didn’t shut properly when closed; comfortable beds — but the rest of the furniture was very cheaply made and not up to the quality of the hotel reputation; the extra bedding (blanket) was stained; the tub/shower drain was very slow."

"The hotel sync was a wonderful place to stay. Our room had 2 tvs, a king sized very comfortable bed, a small sitting room, full kitchen, and very nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. This will be the place we stay anytime we are out that way and will recommend to friends and family"
