"I seriously could not fault this hotel, it is luxury without the price tag. The staff are lovely and helpful. The amenities are fantastic - the rooms are luxurious, the pool is huge, dining areas great and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Location is great, a short stroll (less than 10 minutes) to ancient town. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Hoi An!"

"The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were generally helpful. However, it seems that not all staff fully understand what “gluten-free” means. I became unwell after being told that the vegetarian quiche was gluten-free, only to later discover that it was not. There are limited gluten-free options available, mainly pho and some gluten-free cakes and bread. Additionally, there was little attention to the risk of cross-contamination, with gluten-free items placed alongside regular food and no separate tongs provided. I continued to feel unwell until I specifically requested that my bread be prepared and heated separately in the kitchen. While the hotel itself is well maintained, it felt overpriced for a five-star property, as there was nothing particularly special about the experience to justify the cost."

"Tuan at Rokas Hoi An Boutique Hotel made our 2 night stay very memorable, the customer service was top notch, we felt at home as soon as we arrived, Taun was warm, welcoming and very attentive to meet all our needs and questions during our stay. He helped us organise transport and tickets to the coconut and Hoi a memories show at a reasonably price. The hotel is a short walk to the main bustling strip of Hoi an. Highly recommended ! "

"Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect, close but also shielded from the night life noise. Bed is comfortable and AC works. Bit of a mosquito issue, had to hunt 4 down when I arrived, but if you keep the bathroom door shut they don’t get into the room."
