旅館は、とても古く廊下は、空調設備なくとても暑い。夕食、朝食は、ブュッフェスタイルで種類も豊富でとても美味しかったです。アルコールも種類多く飲み放題で4500円！大満足でした。大浴場からの眺めは、最高のオーシャンヴューでした。スタッフの方々の笑顔溢れる対応に感謝します。

ひどすぎる

これ以上の最悪なホテルはありません。3泊もしていて、布団の上げ下げは自分達で。バイキング後の食器も自分で下げる。部屋に入ったら汚すぎて、フロントから雑巾もらって自分達でそうじ。3泊中部屋の掃除なし。大浴場もゴミ箱は溢れ、とにかく汚い。他のお客も風呂でも、エレベーターでもみんな怒っている。大浴場に入りたくなくて、部屋の風呂にはいったら、掃除がしてなくて浴槽がザラザラ、髪の毛がいっぱい。ドライヤーもありません。カーテンはこわれ、そもそも窓幅より小さい。エアコンは一晩中ガラガラうるさいし、ティッシュやトイレットペーパーもフロントに取りに行く始末。押し入れの下のフチ枠部分から上向きに釘が出ています。タオルも配布用の温泉タオルではなく、その使い捨て用のタオルの使い回しです。　食事はとてもいいのに他は残念です。

クリスマスに子連れで滞在しました。 何よりもスタッフの方のホスピタリティがとても良く滞在して気持ちが良かったです。 朝も子供の体調が悪く朝ごはんが食べれない際も快く対応してもらいました。
