"The house was wonderful to stay in and visit. The only comment and this is a more philosophical one - what is the balance between originality and being fresh for a guest to inhabit? I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing. "Excellent location in the heart of Colombo and a very well-maintained apartment block. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and came with great amenities. A real bonus is the on-site dining—both the in-house option and the restaurant were very good. We did have a small issue with an in-house order, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and they kindly provided the meal complimentary. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily return."

"Really clean, modern hotel with a lovely roof top pool. We had a delicious buffet dinner on the Saturday night and were spoilt with a very talented violin player which made the evening special. There's parking under the building. The hotel has good city and sea views."
