"The mold in the second room that they offered me was extreme. I walked in and they had a dehumidifier in the corner that I opened up was full, and there was mold floating in it. I emptied it and left the room came back. The smell was so bad I got a headache."

"Was there for a 4 day stay .Second day the pool was closed by the Florida Department of Health. We were unable to use it the rest of our stay When I inquired at the desk when the pool would be open the clerk at the desk actually try telling me that the pool is usually closed during Hurricane Season. Of course being from Florida I knew that was ridiculous.Knowing how well they keep the pool is a big reflection on how they keep the rest of the property.And as a bonus when first checking into our room we got moldy chicken nuggets and fries in the microwave."

"At the last minute, I was unable to go on the trip. My husband tried to check in to the hotel with my name and confirmation number and they would not let him check in. The reservation was already paid for except for taxes. I understand their policy but they would not accept any of my information over the phone for him to check in. They kept telling me to get Hotels.com to call them to confirm information. This is where I had trouble because there is not a way to contact anyone at Hotels.com without a virtual assistant that can only do the basic information. So I had to forfeit my room and my husband still supported the hotel and had to book a different room at the same price just to have a place to stay. I have always chosen Hotels.com before any other booking company. I just don't understand why it had to be so difficult and lose my money because there are other ways to go about this. Update- Hotels.com made good on their end. They immediately refunded me after I submitted a review to them. I appreciate everyone that made this possible."
