"We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount. "After driving til almost 3 in the morning with 2 kids and going to the wrong hotel first we walked in and I was so happy with the room and thought I would book with this hotel more often Then we realized the toilet had issues flushing, there is no sound proofing and I got maybe 2 hours sleep as a result. "The rooms have broken sinks. The plugs and light switches we grubby like the never got cleaned. The sliding doors out of the rooms were stuck and have cob webs. We had no TV and the staff said it was the cable company. They would not do any about it. Like it was our fault. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to a person I hate."

"It was a functionally nice, extremely clean hotel. The staff was very friendly (shout out to Crystal at the front desk) and the morning breakfast delivered way more than expected. But there should be more than DirectTV that loses signal when it rains, especially at the higher rate we paid because of the graduation events happening in the area. Also no iron in the room. Would I go back? Yes but I’d take my laptop so I can watch streaming services the hotel doesn’t have."

"Very disappointed with the whole thing. The room was small. The so called "breakfast" was a joke. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. This is set up to be for someone who just is traveling through and not for a family trying to enjoy their trip."

"It's a beautiful space. The host was super helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The location is great. We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family."
