"The hotel rooms are nothing like in the pictures. The rooms are on the "Courtyard" level with is essentially the basement. All those big windows in the pics - those are acrually tiny windows that are underground and you are below the sidewalk. The hallway outside the rooms are accross the hall from the trash room - so it smells so bad I almost vomited several times. The smell seeps into the rooms. "I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password.
